2-4 participants working towards the goals of the group. This can incorporate a fun atmosphere and encourage competition.

Group Training Program ($25)
Delivers sport-specific speed, power, and strength coaching in a focused small-group (8-12) setting for youth athletes at all levels.

"Open Gym" Membership ($50/mo)
Monthly membership provides full access to the facility for those not receiving personalized training from our coaches. *Limited hours / availability

Nutrition Coaching ($100-$150/mo)
Personalized guidance to help improve eating habits, reach specific health or performance goals, and build a sustainable relationship with food.

Online Coaching ($300/mo)
Remote coaching through online training programs, demonstrations, check-ins, etc. This offers unique flexibility.

Structured, coach-led workouts designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall fitness in a fun and supportive group environment. *Limited space
